My name is Tatiana. I am a book loving nerd who escapes to other realities based on their current book obsession. When I'm not engulfed in battles, torn hearts or vengeful heroines, I am a mother to 3 wonderful kiddos. I have had a love for reading since I was an adolescent and realized the healing magic that books have to offer. The ability to live a thousand lifetimes through words written on a page has been a long time obsession!
My passion is to help indie Authors with their back-end needs so that they can focus on their writing and keep bringing their magic to their lovely readers. As a PA, my skills range from Administrative Back-End Support to Video Creation for your social media accounts.

✔ Cinematic Book Trailer – A polished, story-driven trailer (30–90 seconds) tailored to your series or standalone novel. Ideal for launches, ads, and long-term branding.
Includes up to 2 revisions before final delivery.All video content is created using royalty-free assets. Licenses for all assets used will be provided upon final delivery.

My comfort genres are Fantasy (dystopian), Romantasy and Dark Romance. I have not found any triggers that will make me DNF a book. I am open to working with any author who needs extra help that is outside of these genres as well. My passion is to help Indie authors bridge the gap from their pre-launch plans to their reader audience.

I start all service requests with a FREE consultation via zoom or google meet to understand your needs, vision and scope.
I typically like to plan 2 months in advance to schedule content release and other ongoing services that you may need assistance with.
Reel creation: A google form will be sent out after consultation to capture your aesthetic, brand colors, tropes to include,any quotes you want use in the reels, caption choices (big, flashy, transparent or currently trending) audio preferences, and if you want to follow any specific trends for any of the reels created.
Book trailer: A google form will be sent out to be completed in full after consultation to document your preferences for the trailer. The form will help me understand your brand, which scenes from the book to capture in the trailer, the theme of the trailer (dramatic, scenic, slow motion), caption choices (if any), length of video preference (30-90 seconds is typical) and audio choices (sound effects included).
Turnaround time for trailer is typically 7 days (time can vary if revisions are requested)
PA Services: A separate google form will be sent out to document your support needs, how frequent you would like check ins, your brand voice and your goals timeline .required access needed for services will be gathered during consultation

Hawthorn & Aster requires a $50 client deposit to hold project space on the calendar. All invoices will be sent from Hawthorn & Aster’s PayPal account.
For trailer creation: Final payment will be due within 7 days of final product being deliver
For ongoing PA services & Reel content: Monthly services are available upon request. Invoices are sent at the beginning of the month.
I charge a kill fee of 20% once time has been booked if a client cancels before the project is finished. For ongoing work, kill fee applies plus a prorated amount for the work that has already been sent out or posted.
