  • Hawthorn & Aster will issue a contract along with an initial invoice for 10% of the invoice. Work will begin after the initial payment and contract are signed (required for saving the date).

    Fifty percent of the balance is due upon completion of the first edit. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the second edit. Client agrees to pay each invoice upon receipt.

    Any late payments will be subject to a late fee equal to 10% of the total invoiced amount and shall be included on subsequent invoices.
