Hello Lovely People! I’m Jasmine Thorne, I am the Social Media Manager as well as the Canva Creature at Hawthorn & Aster! I am a full-time massage therapist and part-time hype woman! I focus on the creative aspect of promoting your books. Whether you need some custom or pre-made Canva templates to post on Instagram, or bookmarks and stickers made - I’m your gal!
I also work as a Personal Assistant, taking care of your administrative needs! My main focus as your PA is to help you manage your schedule, take care of the pre-publication correspondence with your service providers, helping you get your book published so that you can focus on what you do best: writing!

Canva Designs: This includes Canva templates and Bookmark/Sticker packages. You will be required to fill out a design questionnaire. This will help me choose the right fonts, color palette and style you are looking for. I will create a design board that will include all design elements, fonts and color palette for your approval. Once approved, I will begin working on the canva set for you. This will take between 5-14 days depending on size of the set. Once completed, I will share a View Only link with you for review, at that time if there are any changes you would like made please notify me. If there are none, I will then send you the Final Brand Template link, completing the service.
Personal Assistant Services: The beginning of our working relationship we will discuss expectations for service, set up in meta/pallyy or other post scheduling software and begin planning content for the month. You will be required to fill out a design questionnaire to ensure I create content (if applicable to your package) that reflects your author brand. When planning content, I plan, create and schedule a month in advance to ensure a streamlined posting schedule, you will always have final say on the content being created for your page. I am always available during my working hours via email, Instagram DMs or Discord.

Canva Designs: This includes custom canva templates, bookmarks and sticker packages. Payment is required in full before any deliverables are provided to the customer. If final invoice remains unpaid, all deliverables will be withheld until payment has been received in full.
PA Packages: Payment in full is required to ensure an uninterrupted and streamlined service. If an invoice remains unpaid, PA services may be paused until payment has been received in full.
All payments can be made by invoice or by direct purchase through Hawthorn & Aster website.
