Hi, I'm Max! Avid bookworm, coffee enthusiast, cat servant, and the person who genuinely believes that behind every great book is an author who deserves a little more support and a lot less overwhelm.
I've always loved stories, not just reading them, but the people behind them, the worlds they build, and the heart they pour into bringing them to life. That love is what drew me to working with authors. Because writing a book is one thing. Getting it out into the world, keeping all the moving pieces organised, and making sure the right readers discover it, is a whole other story!
With a background in PR, customer service, and author support, I bring creative thinking, practical experience and a bit of fun to the table. From coordinating ARC teams and managing newsletters to wrangling Discord communities, handling admin, and helping with marketing, I'm here to take a few things off your plate so you can focus on the words that started this whole adventure.
But here's the thing: I'm not just here to tick boxes on a to-do list. I'm here to be in your corner. The person cheering you on when imposter syndrome starts getting a little too comfortable, helping you break overwhelming projects into manageable steps, and gently reminding you that your deadlines are, in fact, real. 😂 Think encouragement with a side of accountability, all served with a generous helping of coffee-fuelled enthusiasm and lots of laughter.
My goal is to help authors feel supported, seen, and confident enough to keep moving forward, so they can spend more time doing what they love: bringing their stories to life.
In short: I'm a book lover at heart, so supporting authors feels like a natural fit. I love the combination of creativity and organisation, and I'm always happy to bring a little encouragement to the table. I believe work can be professional without feeling stiff, and that sometimes a good plan, a little laughter, and a cup of coffee can make even the most intimidating to-do list feel manageable
So, grab your favourite drink, tell me about the book you're dreaming up, and let's get brewing!

More Than a PA: An Author’s Secret Weapon
Working with Max has been a truly amazing experience. As an author your biggest passion is the writing and having Max as my PA allows me to do just that. Not only are her organisation skills at super hero level but she is professional, kind and an incredible team player. Max often thinks ten steps ahead and already foresees problems and comes up with an immediate solution to ensure that my brand is always protected and presented in the exact way I always want it to. I’m honestly not sure how I did all of this without her and am so grateful to have her as a part of my team! She is a true asset that I know any author would be lucky to have working beside them.

My Favourite Genres:
•Fantasy and romantasy
•Paranormal romance and supernatural stories
•Fated mates and a little swoon-worthy romance
•Cozy, magical reads that feel like a warm hug with a side of adventure
My Working Style
I love organisation, planning, and helping authors keep all the moving pieces in place.
I'm a fan of clear communication, realistic deadlines, and knowing what needs to be done and when.
I enjoy newsletters, ARC teams, street teams, Discord communities, and the behind-the-scenes work that helps authors connect with readers.
I appreciate a collaborative approach where we can share ideas, work through challenges, and celebrate the little wins along the way.

I believe the best working relationships start with good communication, clear expectations, and a little getting-to-know-you time. Here's how we'll make the magic happen!
1. Let's Get Acquainted
We'll start with an initial conversation to discuss your needs, goals, expectations, and the areas where you need support. I want to understand you, your workflow and what would make your life easier.
2. Let's Make a Plan
Once we've established what you need, we'll agree on the tasks, priorities, deadlines, and communication methods that work best for both of us. No guesswork, just a clear plan we can work from.
3. Time to Get Brewing
I'll get to work on our agreed tasks, keeping things organised and communicating with you along the way. Whether I'm managing your inbox, coordinating your ARC team, or preparing your newsletter, I'll keep the wheels turning behind the scenes.
4. Check In and Adjust
We'll check in regularly to see what's working, address any challenges, and adjust priorities when needed. If something changes, we'll communicate and work out the best way forward together.
5. Celebrate the Little Wins
From getting that newsletter sent to seeing your ARC team ready for release day, we'll celebrate progress along the way. Building an author career takes time, and you don't have to tackle every little thing alone.
My goal is to make working together feel organised, supportive, and straightforward, so you can spend less time juggling all the moving pieces and more time doing what you love: writing your stories.

•Communication is key! Keep me in the loop, and I'll keep you in the loop. Nobody likes guessing games unless there's a plot twist involved.
•Boundaries matter! I'm here to keep your author life organised, not be an octopus with 47 extra arms (I do wish though 😂). Let's keep tasks within our agreed scope.
•Sundays are my R&R days: Reading and recharging. I don't work Sundays unless it's absolutely necessary and we've agreed beforehand. Even the coffee machine needs a break sometimes!
•Extra tasks, extra book money! 😂 Anything outside our agreed package will be discussed before I take it on. No surprise side quests, please! As much as I'd love to be off on an epic romantasy adventure, battling dragons and collecting book boyfriends, I'm just a girl with a TBR pile to feed and absolutely no dragons to help me out. So, until my fantasy kingdom calls, side quests come with an extra fee!
•Deadlines are a team effort! Please get me the information and materials I need on time. My organisational skills are impressive, but mind-reading isn't included in the package.(Maybe one day though!)
•Life happens! If plans change, just communicate with me. A little understanding and a quick conversation can save everyone a headache.
