I love love love reading. I can usually read a book in a day or so if it’s just for fun. In the past few years, I’ve decided to turn this hyperfocus toward helping authors become confident and proud of their work. I grew up in the USA, but I’m Canadian and currently live in Ontario. I have also had the privilege to live in Scotland for a few years. So, I am more comfortable with the different nuances between the different versions of English. I enjoy reading Romance and Fantasy novels that tend to have dark (or pitch-black) themes, high levels of spice, and usually “why choose/RH”. I offer developmental/structural and line/stylistic editing. My favourite thing about being an editor is seeing the transformation of the authors and their self-confidence. I know that sounds cliche, but it’s true.

I’m married to my own personal book boyfriend and we have 2 awesome kids. I've always loved reading, but started seriously reading romance books at the end of 2020. I quickly became addicted and signed up for many as many ARCs as I could find. In 2021 I started my bookstagram to share my addiction with others, but wanted to be more hands on in helping indie authors. My goal now is to help authors succeed in their business by providing necessary back-end support and making their books as polished as possible.
